About American Gutter Guard
Gutter guards, downspout filters and cleaning tools, shipped free across the USA on orders over $100.
Most people find us the weekend after a storm. The gutters overflowed, water ran down the siding or pooled against the foundation, and a ladder trip up to a trough full of wet leaves made the point. A gutter guard that fits properly stops that cycle. That is the whole reason this store exists.
Why we sell metal guards and not much else
A lot of gutter guards sold online are thin plastic or foam inserts. Plastic goes brittle after a few summers and foam clogs from the inside. We do not stock those. Every guard on this site is aluminum, stainless steel or powder-coated steel, and the product page states the metal, the gutter width it fits, the length in the box and how it fixes, as the manufacturer publishes it. Where a maker says the product is made in the USA, we quote it. Where they do not, we say nothing, because a claim we cannot trace is not a claim we make.
Our core range is aluminum gutter guard in rolls and snap-in panels for 5 inch and 6 inch gutters, including a line made in the United States. Around it we stock stainless steel micro-mesh kits for houses under pine and oak, downspout strainers and filters that keep the outlet clear, and the poles, scoops and attachments that make the twice-a-year clean a job from the ground.
A short range, chosen on purpose
We do not list hundreds of near-identical guards. We pick a small number that cover the usual situations: a roll for a straight run, a panel kit for a long house, micro-mesh for fine debris, a strainer for every downspout, and the tools to look after it all. Every page lists the gutter width and the coverage, so you can compare like with like. If a detail you need is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will check it.
How we ship
Orders ship tracked from within the USA. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more (a flat $25 applies under $100). We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Long rolls and panel kits ship as oversized parcels and can take a few days longer.
Not sure whether your gutters are 5 inch or 6 inch, or how much guard you need? Email us before you order at theteam@americangutterguard.com and a real person will help, usually within one business day.
