Disclaimer

Last updated 9 October 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

This Disclaimer applies to the website americangutterguard.com, operated by American Gutter Guard, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you accept the terms below. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General information only

The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our gutter guards, downspout filters and cleaning tools as accurately as we can, and we state the material, the gutter width a product fits, the length or coverage in the box and the fixing method exactly as the manufacturer publishes them. Colors can appear differently on different screens, mill-finish aluminum varies slightly in shade from one batch to the next, and stated lengths are nominal, so small differences between an image or a stated measurement and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Coverage figures assume straight runs; corners, cuts and overlaps use more.

Fit, installation and performance

Gutter guards are sold for do-it-yourself fitting on standard residential gutters. Whether a guard fits depends on your gutter profile, width, hanger type and roof pitch, which we cannot see, so check the stated width against your own gutters before you order and before you cut. Anything we say about keeping leaves out, reducing cleaning or how long a guard lasts is general product information, not a guarantee of results in every setting. No guard removes the need for periodic inspection and cleaning, and heavy debris, ice or unusual roof designs can still cause overflow. Working on a ladder or roof carries risk; follow the ladder maker's instructions, use a helper and stop if conditions are unsafe.
