Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including the material, the gutter width a guard fits, the coverage in the box and the fixing method the manufacturer publishes. Product photos are for illustration; slight variation in color and finish can occur between batches, and stated lengths are nominal. Whether a guard fits depends on your gutter profile, width and hangers, which we cannot see, so check the stated width against your own gutters before ordering and before cutting. Our guards and tools are consumer products for do-it-yourself home use; they reduce gutter cleaning but do not remove the need for periodic inspection.
Pricing
All prices are shown in the USA dollars (USD, $) and are the full price you pay at checkout; no sales tax is added. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.
