US delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a flat $25 delivery charge. We deliver to every state in the USA, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Dispatch and timings
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders then arrive within 5 to 7 business days using a tracked carrier. Long rolls, multi-panel kits and telescopic poles ship as oversized parcels and can take a few days longer, as can deliveries to remote areas.

Damaged in transit
If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the same day. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
